The last time I went on a fairground ride was with you.  It was 2013 I think.  We'd been to Park Road pool, and afterwards Melissa, you and I went over to Priory Park and met Rosa at the Steam Fair.  You went on the Dodgems with Rosa, but the other two youngsters weren't keen to go on the Octopus.  I used to love that ride when I was young so I went on with you.  I have never felt so dizzy and I thought my head would snap right off!  You loved it though and had a great big grin throughout.  I decided there and then that faiground rides are for the young (and I was definitely too old).
