During summer 2017 we did quite a lot of walking on the Parkland Walk.  You, me and Kirsty, and sometimes Francie too.  When it was just the threeof us, you and Kirsty were so fast, and I sometimes found it hard to keep up.  There was a little bit of chat, sometimes you two had some nice daft conversations,  but we were often fairly quiet.  When Francis came there was lots more chatter and also some breaks to climb trees.  Walking is very therapeutic - I think I need to start doing more of it again.
