Three years ago today I was in the Royal London with you. The country was voting for Brexit and Francis was 12.  I remember the other two children in that ward with us, the little girl who needed an operation to correct spinal curvature and the little boy with an acute genetic spinal disability. I remember the anxiety and the love shared in that ward with those children and their families. We were together and though things were very tough for you, I was comforted by being close.
