I remember the day you were born Eloise.  It happened so fast, you flew out (just 4 minutes of stage 2 labour) - terrifying for me, I don't know how it was for you!  You were a little bit blue tinged, but colour gradually arrived.  Even then I felt that you were vulnerable.  I know that all babies are, but more so than K who arrived pink faced and crying angrily, but maybe I am just projecting?  You were quiet and placid from the outset.  I couldn't wait to get you home.
