When Melissa was a toddler she fell over running on the patio and gashed her head just above the eyebrow.  Little five year old Eloise was so concerned and helpful.  You kept me supplied with tissues, cotton wool and cold compresses so that I could clean her up, and you held her hand in the car and talked to her soothingly and reassuringly as we drove to A&E.  Eloise, I am certain that the NHS would have been your calling, it is a great pity that they will miss out on such a talented and caring potential doctor/nurse - they need people like you.
