I remember the year that we went to Devon for New Year - though I have no idea what year it was perhaps 2005 or 2006. After hours spent in car we were all very pleased to get there and you guys were quite excited.  When we arrived Nan had some extra Christmas presents to give you including a pink feather boa and a princess tiara.  You immediately got dressed up.  We had dinner then some singing and dancing, and lots more general excitement.  It felt like a mini party - but we were all done and in bed well before midnight - perfect in my opinion!
