I remember in the winter when Kirsty was four and Eloise was two, they re-enacted the Nativity play from December right through to well into February.  Eloise accepted her role as the baby Jesus very happily, whilst Kirsty ran around frenziedly playing all the other parts.  Eloise's part included pretending to sleep, crying and receiving presents and lots of thumb sucking.  They played it over and over again, that winter Eloise was the baby Jesus! I was quite relieved when K eventually decided it was time for a new game, before Easter came and she learnt that story.
