You were a great knitter. I found it tricky to teach you because I wasn’t sure if being left handed, it would be easier for you to do everything the opposite way around - but you learnt to knit right handed.  Once you got the hang of it you were a very neat knitter with a nice firm tension.  You made a lovely chunky jumper when you were about ten, and then lots scarves, gloves and hats, often for presents.  When you were ill you often found knitting relaxing and therapeutic.  I was wearing one of your hand knitted hats today.
